It is with the deepest of hearts that we share the news of Kenyatta Braxton’s demise. He was the pastor of the Trinity House of Praise Church. According to the reports, Kenyatta Braxton lost his life on Monday, November 20, 2023.
Since Braxton’s death was confirmed by Progressive Missionary Baptist Church through a Facebook post that reads, “Progressive MB Church offer our sincere condolences and prayers to Sis Mattie Braxton, Braxton Kids, Sis. Edna Braxton-Lyons, the family, friends, and church members of Pastor Kenyatta Braxton” this news has been trending on social media where people in large numbers are expressing their sorrow over his departure.
What Happened To Kenyatta Braxton?
Many have been keenly awaiting his official obituary but due to lack of official obituary, Kenyatta Braxton’s exact cause of death is not known. Neither his family nor any of his friends have opened up about his death cause. But off the record, we have been informed that pastor Kenyatta Braxton was involved in a car accident that cost his life. However, we are still working on it to gather more details about his car accident. Currently, it is only known that Braxton’s cause of death was linked to his car accident.
Progressive Missionary Baptist Church further added, “Take your rest Pastor Braxton for you have finished your earthly assignment and now you are in the presence of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord.”
Trinity House of Praise Church where Kenyatta was the pastor, posted on social media, “In the wake of what has transpired within our Church home. We will be Honoring our wonderful Late Pastor KenYatta D Braxton “Ken” We thank you to everyone who has reached out and continues to fellowship with us during this time that we are in. Continue the race, and continue to live for God. Please continue to keep us in your prayers. As well as Lady Braxton, Pastor kids, Mom, and the rest of our church family. We love you, Pastor Kenyatta Braxton.”
Kenyatta Braxton Obituary
Kenyatta Braxton was a resident of Collins, Mississippi but a native of Clarksdale MS. He was a married person at the time of his demise, leaving behind a loving wife, Mattie Braxton. Furthermore, Kenyatta was serving at the Trinity House of Praise Church. He studied Textual Exegesis, Hermeneutics, and Homiletics from Proclaimers Place Seminar/ George W. Truett Theological Seminary – Baylor University at Baylor University – George W. Truett Theological Seminary.
