You were simply the most genuine person to walk this earth. This accident should’ve never happened. Thank you for being one of my first friends at Wando Highschool and making me feel so welcomed in Charleston and always made sure I was okay. This doesn’t feel real and I know it won’t for a while. I was just talking to you last month and you were telling me all about your new bike. Eric Newsome, you will forever live on in so many ways and in so many hearts. Keep watching over us, until we meet again Eric”
