David Scherer Lantana TX Obituary, Cardiologist Found Dead In Lantana Pond: It is with our deepest sorrow that we informed you of the death of Cardiologist David Scherer, a well-known Cardiologist who passed away this Sunday, 28th of May 2023 after drowning in Lantana Pond. He was defined dead at the scene of the incident at the pond in Lantana. At approximately 7 o’clock, the Dive Rescue team of the Lewisville Fire Department was taken out the body of a 56-year-old man from a pond in Lantana. David Scherer’s home was a few miles away from the Lantana Pond as it is a popular site for fishing in the area.

At around 5:39 p.m. on Sunday, the Denton County Emergency Service District No. 1 received the call for a search and rescue mission that there is a male who was involved in a drawing incident located near the intersection of Dahlia Way and Tanner Parkway on the south side of Lantana. After the search, the rescue team began the search for David Scherer’s body. Furthermore, the Texas Game Warden, the Denton County Sheriff’s Office, the Double Oak Volunteer Fire Department, and the Bartonville Police Department offered their assistance to ESD No. 1 so that they could identify the victim’s body. Eventually, the team identified him as David Scherer. It seemed that while fishing this pitfall occurred that became the event of death of Docter David Scherer.
David Scherer earned his undergraduate degree and his medical degree from The Texas A&M University School of Medicine. Later, David went to Texas A&M College of Medicine in Temple, Texas.
David got his expertise in Cardiovascular Disease and Internal Medicine, by getting board certification. He established himself as a professional doctor in cardiovascular Disease. David was also a member of the American College of Physicians, the Texas Medical Association and the American Medical Association.
David Scherer earned the highest honor Award from the American College of Cardiology. He sparked when he became Director of the Cardiac Catheterization Lab at Baylor Regional Medical Center in Grapevine.
