Faith Donsbach UTV Accident
Let’s start with the tragedy in which Faith Donsbach lost her life. The Knox County Sheriff’s Office reported that two people were involved in the UTV crash on Sunday night, one was left dead while the other was injured severely.
Knox County Sheriff’s Office further reported that Faith Donsbach and one more collided with a deer in rural Knox County. Meanwhile, an emergency call was made to the sheriff’s office. The deputies responded to the scene near Gilson on 600 block of Knox Rd 1000 north at around 8 pm on Sunday night.
The deputies found two teen occupants involved in the accident. It is believed that a deer darted in front of Faith Donsbach’s UTV due to their UTV collided with a deer and raged off the road. Faith Donsbach was pronounced dead at the scene while the other was shifted to a nearby medical facility through an air ambulance. An investigation is under process.

Faith Donsbach was a student at Spoon Valley High School. She was in her junior year. Her age was just 16 at the time of her demise. Reportedly, Faith was on the student council and a member of the Drama Club at the school. In addition, she was a softball player and played for the Lady Xtreme Softball team.
Faith Donsbach was the beloved daughter of her parents Tonya and Jim Donsbach of Maquon. She is survived by all the members of the Donsbach family and students of Spoon River Valley High School.

The funeral plans for Faith Donsbach have been announced. Her family arranged the visitation at Watson Thomas Funeral Home and it will take place on Thursday, 13th April 2023 from 5 pm to 8 pm.
The Memorial contributions will be made in her memory to the Xtreme Softball team or Spoon River Valley Junior Class.
